For purchases within Windhoek, we offer same-day delivery for your convenience. Orders to other towns in Namibia will be shipped via courier services such as NamPost. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
As an alternative, you may opt to pick up your order.
Warranty
All laptops sold by Windhoek Certified Laptops include a 1-month store warranty, which is separate from and in addition to the HP factory warranty (which can be confirmed by using HP's Online Warranty Checker) provided because the devices are professionally refurbished by an authorized HP refurbisher.
The 1-month store warranty covers tested functionality and key hardware components such as the display, keyboard, motherboard, RAM, storage, and ports.
The HP factory warranty applies independently in accordance with HP refurbishment standards and terms.
The 1-month store warranty excludes accidental damage, cosmetic wear, liquid damage, misuse, or tampering with the device. For warranty coverage to remain valid, the laptop must be untampered, meaning its internals have not been opened or accessed.
In the unlikely event that your laptop develops a verified defect within the 1-month store warranty period, you may request a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund, subject to defect verification and compliance with warranty conditions. Accidental damage, cosmetic issues, liquid damage, misuse, or internal tampering are not covered.
