Payment
We accept EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) and Direct Deposit as payment methods. Please note that full payment must be received to secure your laptop. Once payment is confirmed, your device will be reserved and ready for delivery.
Delivery
For purchases within Windhoek, we offer same-day delivery for your convenience. Orders to other towns in Namibia will be shipped via courier services such as NamPost. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Warranty
All laptops sold by Windhoek Certified Laptops come with a 1-month warranty covering tested functionality and key hardware components such as the display, keyboard, motherboard, RAM, storage, and ports. This warranty excludes accidental damage, cosmetic wear, liquid damage, or misuse. Please note that for the warranty to apply, the laptop must be untampered, meaning its internals have not been opened or accessed.
In the unlikely event that your laptop develops a verified defect within the warranty period, you may request a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund. Please note that replacements and refunds are subject to verification of the defect and adherence to the warranty conditions. Accidental damage, cosmetic issues, liquid damange, misuse or tampering with the internals are not covered.
